Created specifically for CAF distribution on Helideck applications, ACAF Systems has developed the DIFF CAF Nozzle. A popup CAF nozzle that will set flush with the deck until the system requires discharge, in the most harsh environments. Made of corrosion resistant material this nozzle is ideal for offshore applications.
A 360 degree spray pattern up to 18 ft diameter is delivered from each nozzle. Keeping the CAF spray low to the deck where the burning fuel is the DIFF CAF nozzle will extinguish fire more quickly in windy conditions.
Systems design using the ACAF’s CAF DIFF nozzle must be made in accordance to ACAF Systems Design Manual for DIFFS (Deck Integrated Fire Fighting Systems).
